Refund policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped then cancellation fees of ₹99 will be charged.

If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped then cancellation fees of ₹199 will be charged. 

All Orders placed using Snapmint are non-refundable.

For all orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD fee is a service charge and is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with a video capturing the unboxing of the package sent by Whiff Culture. 

After acknowledging return request, refund will credited to the source in 2-3 working days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
1. Decants
2. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
4. Damages due to misuse of product.
5. OPENED Tested and SPRAYED.
6. Damages due to misuse of product.Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
