We know how difficult it can be to distinguish an original perfume from a duplicate or refilled bottle. That’s why Whiff Culture sources its perfumes directly from brands and trusted authorised channels.

You can also verify your purchase with the respective brand after delivery. If you find any legitimate evidence that your perfume is not authentic, contact us within 30 days with the relevant proof.

Once verified, we’ll refund twice the amount you paid, as per our 30-day authenticity policy.

At Whiff Culture, our decants contain the original fragrance, transferred directly from the original bottle. We never dilute our perfumes — the purpose of a decant is to let you experience the fragrance exactly as it is before deciding on a full bottle.

Our decants are prepared at our Faridabad store using specialised syringe-based decanting tools for precise transfer while minimising exposure and wastage.

We’ve also added a video of our actual decanting process on our website, and you’re welcome to visit our store and see it yourself.

There is simply no reason for us to alter the fragrance. A decant should give you a true representation of the perfume, allowing you to decide with confidence whether you want to purchase the full retail bottle from us.
